Generate defaults

Boot once, then review config.yml, ores.yml, and messages.yml.

Test default ores

Mine one overworld ore, one deepslate ore, one nether ore, and Ancient Debris on a test server.

Test Silk Touch, permissions, world filtering, reload errors, and cancelled protection-plugin breaks.
